Under his leadership, Pentacomp achieved impressive growth \u2013 revenues increased by 548%, net profit grew by over 333 times, and the team expanded from 200 to nearly 500 employees. Karol also spearheaded major projects like #ePrescription<\/strong> and #eReferral<\/strong>, establishing Pentacomp as a leader in the Polish e-health market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Karol\u2019s educational background<\/strong> is just as impressive, holding a distinguished MBA from Kozminski University<\/strong>, a postgraduate degree in Project Management<\/strong> from SGH Warsaw School of Economics<\/strong>, and a Master\u2019s degree from the Military University of Technology<\/strong> in Management Information Systems and Cryptology<\/strong>. His academic background complements his practical experience, positioning him as a versatile leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n His leadership has significantly contributed to Pentacomp’s recognition<\/strong>, earning prestigious awards like the 2023 Forbes Diamond<\/strong> and the 2023 Business Gazelle<\/strong>.
